The boardroom has adjourned. We have made some significant changes for the upcoming race season. Do the other team members have a say regarding these changes...NO. If we do not get exactly what we want we will cry. Changes as follow.
1) DBD is now "daddy big deal". On new years we were told "daddy would win us a race this year". The words were slurred. We would be happy if a race was completed. Do you not have to run in a triathlon?
2) GW is now a full team member. LBD. He made us laugh at the mall and has been drinking beer. Enough said. Full membership granted.
3)All members will race "barebones" this year to help shed some of the winter fat.
4) The 4 founding members will race IM CDA
That's all for now. Meeting minutes will be distributed.

Well after reading the title and seeing the attached picture, I presumed the Team was indeed heading in a ‘new direction’; Making Custom wooden furniture for little people…….
Consider this a ‘cry’, Boys if we don’t gain re-control of this team by the summer the BBD’s will be dinning a tables a little more expensive than you see here.
My counter the above points shows the BBD’s have no real grasp of the Team, it’s dynamics and level of performance required to hold a leadership position.
1) Drinking is considered and fully accepted as a substitute for running in any Triathlon the Team participate in.
2) Babysitting & sinking a six-pack within a 4 hour period are no grounds for team-admission.
3) I for one have been given enough grief about my weight so far this year, previous leadership would give out sympathy not dieting advice.
4) With what? I have no bike & motivation at present, two key ingredients.
